Welcome to the Junction Triangles newest Café and Event Space. A little
slice of Portugal with a modern chic twist. Whether you’re planning an
executive meeting, a cocktail party with friends and family or an intimate
birthday party, we can provide you the perfect setting.
Gaspar Café is a full service catering company that offers a unique
culinary experience and exclusive service with some Portuguese flare.
Our Chef , over sees every last detail personally to ensure the Gaspar standard every time.
Chef prides himself on sourcing the best quality local ingredients as well as the best-imported goods Portugal has to offer. From luxurious liquid gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Alentejo and Douro regions, hand gathered Flor de Sal from the Algarve, to the perfectly cured Back Bacon and Presunto from Minho. She works with you to create custom menus, bringing your vision to life and creating the perfect event.

Access & Hours
Gaspar Up the Stairs is available from 7am-11pm. The Café Space is available 7pm-11pm or if you are interested in a full day buy out please contact info@gasparcafe.ca
We require at least an hour to close up and set up the space for events.

What’s Not Included
Catering Staff
Our lovely team is not included in the room rental fees. Staffing amounts quoted are estimated based of thee required labor on your specific event type and duration. The final bill will reflect actual staff hours worked. A 3h minimum charge applies to each on site staff member.
Bring your own alcohol
Clients apply for an SOP (Special Occasions Permit) and purchase alcohol directly from the LCBO or one of our preferred wine & liquor agents.
The Client obtains the permit, purchases and returns all alcohol.

We have a wonderful coffee and tea program that we can
offer your guests with any style of event.
Helpful Info
Outside Suppliers
We have deep connections in the events industry and have a network of suppliers that we love and trust. Gaspar Cafe does not charge a landmark fee on using outside rental, furniture, audio-visual or décor suppliers, but we do reserve the right to approve them.
Audio Visual
• Projector? TV Screen? We would be happy to arrange for additional a/v
equipment for your event.
• DJs and Musicians (depending on size) are welcome to perform in The Room. Please note we do not provide any technical equipment.
Noise
Gaspar Cafe is located in a community surrounded by homes and apartments. In order to respect our neighbors we ask that amplified
sound (music or voice) not extend past 11pm.
Rentals and Decor
We are happy to source specialty furniture, premium linens, unique décor and spectacular floral arrangements.
• Sparkles, confetti, streamers, silly string, feathers, bubbles, glitter
and rice are not permitted.
• The use of tape or other adhesives, nails, screws or similar items
are not permitted.
• Candles must be votive type or surrounded by a hurricane or
cylinder shade.
Transportation and Parking
We are located about a 5-minute walk from the Bloor Up platforms and 10 minutes from Dundas West Station. Gaspar Café does not have designated parking, however,
Street Parking is Available.
